Most of the time, we can bring your vehicle in for repairs in 1-2 weeks from the date of your estimate. This, however, depends on order parts, if we're working with your insurance company, your schedule, and ours.
No, we don't work on Tesla models. If you need to have your Tesla vehicle repaired, please contact your closest Tesla dealership.
Possibly! We have a very small lot, so tow-ins are not allowed without notifying our office. If you would like to have your vehicle towed to us, please call or text us.

When coming in for an estimate, please bring your vehicle, any questions you have, and insurance information if you're working with your insurance company. This includes the claim number and adjuster contact information.
It's normal for insurance companies to send checks. You can either hold onto the check or deposit it. We'll collect the money from you when you drop off or pick up your car.
It can be difficult to find parts for older vehicles. It's also possible that the paint type that we use is different from what's on your car. We'll need to see the vehicle in person in order to determine if this is the case.
Yes, we do! If the vehicle can fit into our shop doors and/or our paint booth, we'll work on it.
We don't offer payment plans. All repairs need to be paid in full when you pick up your vehicle.
