DeGrazia’s Autobody is a family-owned collision repair business that opened in 1989. We have offered high quality repairs and customer satisfaction to Lake City, WA and surrounding neighborhoods since 1995.
As an independent, non-chain auto repair shop, we are proud to offer customer service that extends beyond just repairing cars and getting you back on the road. Owner and President
Tom has been in the autobody business since he was 13 years old and started by sweeping floors at the body shop behind his middle school. He would hop the fence each day after school and absorb as much information as he could from coworkers.
Tom opened the business in 1989 out of his garage and after working for body shops in the Seattle, WA area, moved to the current location in 1995. He is a proud small-family business owner in a rapidly changing industry with many chain shops emerging in the Seattle, WA market.
Even though many customers do not want to come see us, Tom takes great pride in the relationships he and the business have built with many repeat customers and longtime relationships. His favorite part of the business is customer service and working to make customers feel as comfortable as possible throughout the repair process. Many of our employees have been with us for over 15 years and he loves the people he works with!
Production Manager
Anthony has always had a passion for cars. Growing up he would be here with Tom while he worked and drawing cars for his dad until he was old enough to start working and washing cars or sweep up the shop.
He has worked in various capacities since 2010 but has been our full-time production manager since. Anthony is always on the move around the lot- quick on his feet and ensuring the production/back of house is running smoothly and efficiently. He handles all our parts ordering, as well as supports Steve with estimates.
Production Manager
Steve has also grown up in the car industry. Working for his family business from a very young age at Conway Motors, to being in the insurance industry about 12 years, and now being with DeGrazia's Autobody for going on 20 years, he is very well versed in all aspects of repairs.
He is our lead estimator and is very patient in explaining the process step by step and keeping our customers updated on repairs and the repair plans. He works directly with insurance companies on what needs to be done to have your vehicle repaired correctly and safely. We are very lucky to have Steve working with customers every day!
Business Development
Angelina oversees our office needs. She handles phones, marketing, customer service, and process improvement. Angelina has worked in various capacities, from assisting with filing in the office to washing cars, and now takes on these responsibilities. She enjoys working alongside her dad, brother, and coworkers, many of whom she has known her whole life.
Shop Dog
Molly the shop dog doesn’t come in every day- she has her own schedule in mind. But when she does, she loves to meet new people, convince them to give her treats, and comfort them while going through the process.
She is a people-dog and would do anything for a pet and a treat. If you see Molly in the office, she is very friendly! But if you are not comfortable with dogs, we understand, and she can sit in her office to make you feel more comfortable.
Molly came into our lives in summer of 2023 at 6 years old and is the best addition to the team & family!
Refinisher
Tate is a Master Refinisher, certified by PPG, and has been perfecting his craft for over 30 years, 24 of those with DeGrazia’s Auto Body. From preparation to color matching, throughout the entire refinish process, Tate is one the most talented and hardworking painters in the country, with an expert eye for detail and experience that creates one beautiful paint job after another.

Jamili was the welcoming smile and kind voice customers got to experience when they first walked in the door of DeGrazia’s for many years. She loved getting to know our customers and vendors. Ensuring customers felt safe and heard when going through the car repair process. Her first question was always “Are you okay? Was anybody hurt?” when someone called. A motherly instinct she made sure to bring to her customer service. But that was just the type of person she was. She loved to brag about her children, and customers always knew what they were up to with college, sports, and big life events.
Jamili passed away in February of 2023, and as a family business and close-knit family, that has been very difficult. Anthony and Angelina took pride in being able to work with their mother every day and see her every day. Angelina stepping into her mother’s role has been a wonderful addition to a seat that is difficult to fill.
